What to use to hold gasket on headlights

What to use to hold gasket on headlights I need to put something on the gasket/seal on my headlights. It appears to have some type of 2 sided tape. Any suggestions?

Why don't you try clear RTV silicone? It works good, dries clear, holds strong once it cures, and it will blend with the headlight, plus its available at any auto parts store for about $3.97
