Default TB drill mod???

I just had a 3600 Vig stall installed along with LS1 Edit, now the problem is the car likes to die when I am in reverse and when I come to a stop. I was told the drill mod in the TB will work but my question is where do I do it, pics would be appreciated since I do not know much about this particular mod.

Better to fix it with tuning, the drill mod
is a one-way trip... of course, LS1-Edit makes
a nifty $500 drill bit. :p

The folks in the PCM/tuning section can point
you to the right e-***** to fiddle I reckon.

Speed Inc. did the Edit and said that it can only go so far, they recommended to do the drill mod.
