Default that clutch return spring!!!

I've popped two in the last few thousand-ish miles. I plan on going to the track pretty regularly soon now that it's cooling down but am kind of worried about the clutch pedal not coming up as quick as it should on fast shifts because of the missing spring. Any of you guys run at the track/speed shift/power shift with no return spring on the pedal? Any problems? Is this a really bad idea? Any other solutions, like doing some sort of custom return spring setup?

Default

I think most people just forget about it after it breaks. No issues.
