The springs, pushrods and lifters should be matched to the cam specs.... Depending on the setup you can run NSA or SA rockers. Comp Cam promags are reasonably priced and strong. As for spring you can run a generic comp cam 918 single spring which required no machining of the seats. or do a lil machining and fit a beefy 987 dual spring. its your call.
What specs you thinking about?

I agree. You need to make sure they'll handle the cam you want. The PAC 1218 or 1518 are the springs I would recommend since they'll handle almost every shelf cam made for the LT1.

my best advice is to think ahead of what you will do to the car and purchase accordingly, pay a little more now and you will save up ahead.
anyways, I run 918 beehives (no problems got a good batch) 1.65 steel NSA RRs and hardened pushrods and GMPP guides, its a good combo for me
