Exclamation building 383 forged ls6, what compresion?

well this is what im trying to achieve, im trying to build a 383 forged ls6, but i need the right compresion, im going to put an sts turbo, and planning on running 5-10 psi, but i also want the engine to have power when not running boost, so i dont want that low of a compresion, i was thinking something i know ls1s have 10, i was wondering how low of a compression should i have to achieve this thnx, and ill be running pump gas thnx

No reason why you should go any lower than 9.5:1 if only using 10psi. Although you could probably run 10psi with higher CR too.
