reverse on my T56 feels weird

reverse on my T56 feels weird When I try to shift into reverse from a sit still, sometimes my shifter doesnt want to go into reverse. also, sometimes when I have the clutch pressed all the way to the floor, and try to put it in reverse it will start grinding. any ideas? I had a friend of mine check it out, and he said he could occasionally hear the trhow out bearing. could this be the culprit? He also suggested that my clutch might need to be adjusted. The car only has 59,000 on the clock. Should I be having problems like this, this early? Sorry for all the questions. I just bought this car 2weeks ago, and I thought it was perfect. and it is, I just dont like reverse. Thanks for all of your help, Thor.

mine was the same so i finaly drilled a hole in the floor so i could bleed it myself and its fixed! try pumping the clutch 6-10 times then go to reverse, if it works then re-bleed your system!
