Removing Camaro Spoiler and Fixing Front and Rear Bumper Sag?

My front and rear bumpers are sagging some and I would really like to fix this. any ideas? (LT1 camaro 97)

Also anyone have a good guide for removing the rear spoiler on a camaro?

Also removing the side mirrors on a camaro?

spoiler is 4 bolts. open the hatch and take the plastic cover off. it pops off. use a screwdrive carefully and pop it off.
