The Viper uses the same syncro rings and other freshen up parts as any other non Vette or GTO uses . In order to convert the F body unit to "Viper specs" , you will have to get the rear extension housing bored out , install a larger rear bushing and seal , install the larger Viper 31 spline mainshaft and deal with the speedo issue . I just did mine on my 94 Gt 393W / T56 Viper spec'd Mustang and its alot of fun (not really) .
