Ive been looking for that body kit as well for quite some time with no avail. Id try and ask the people at ls1gto.com They should know there.

Thats a RA6 goat, not sure if they sell the bumper but obviously for it to look right you need the hood and fenders and that is big $$ as far as I know.

That is a one-off car, and no kit was ever made for sale.
