Default TQ arm mount????

hell, idk anymore. i went to the track about 2 months ago on my drag's and launched it pretty hard. when i launched it, i heard a pop sorta sound directly under my seat or around that area of the car. so i figured it was a TQ arm mount. well i finally got it up on the lift today and i looked at the mount and pried on it with a pry bar and to my knowledge, it doesnt look broken. well ever since the "pop" at the track, everytime i go over a bump, rough road etc, i hear this clunking around under there where the pop came from, also when i hit the brakes sorta hard when im going at a slow speed it makes a groaning sorta creaking from under there. also, i noticed when i get in my car when it is off, it makes this noise. i can kinda rock the car and it makes the noise. when i launch it or take off from a stop sign for that matter it makes the pop sound. kinda like the TQ arm hitting the body or somthing. i checked the tranny mount (poly) and it looks good, the exhaust is in good order and tight, not hitting anywhere.
i thought for a while it might be my headers hitting the body, or x-pipe maby cause it does it when i go over bumps. maby this might be it. maby the pop was the motor mount breaking? i took my A/C off today and when i was down there i looked at them but couldnt tell anything. any ideas? thanks.

If you have access toa drive on lift put the car on there then have a buddy get in and out of the car while you are under it. Pinpoint the noise and repair. If no lift is available, figure out a way to SAFELY get under the car while doing the same method. perhaps using ramps in the front will work for you.
