Default ques on 9"

I am getting ready to order a new 9" tomorrow. I have a 01 ws6 with tcs/abs. My ques is this, if i have the exciter rings pressed in from the factory do i still need to have axel bearings pressed in also? Are these two things the same? Sorry for the dumb ques. I just want it ready to be bolted in when it gets here. The sites i have been looking at say it is ready to bolt in if i have the exciter rings pressed in(minus the u-joints on the drive shaft of course). Anyone?

The bearings still need to be installed on the axles on a Moser rear. Check it out here, I have instructions on here.
