Default Header advice

ive got an 02 Z28 and i wanted to add a good set of headers and a y-pipe to my GMMG catback to have a good sound but still not be so loud that i wake up the cops in the next county. i asked several people about this but still havent gotten the same answer twice. one person i asked put several exhaust systems on TAs and a few SSs and he told me to go with either Hooker long tubes or Kooks and to stay away from pacesetter. but a buddy of mine has a set of pacesetter long tubes and has had good luck with them. for the price differance i have to ask what is the best option.

I personally went with American Racing LT's and a 3" catted y pipe but kooks will work well too.

I would definitely save for a stainless steel header since the gmmg is stainless as well.

As far as the cops its not too loud if you keep your foot out of it. I haven't had any problems.
