Default Replaceing SS emblems! I need some Measurements !

I have just gotten the SS repainted. I was wondering if anyone knew the exact measurements or how far in on the front fenders and above the side molding body lines. I removed the side moldings but this would give me a good idea where the SS emblems are supposed to be placed. Along with the measurements on the rear where the bowtie and SS emblem goes on there. I should have done this while the emblems where still on the car but I forgot about it.

I know that I could just eyeball it but, I'm a perfectionist with my car so I want it to be as correct as possible. If anyone can help me out on getting them replaced in their correct locations I would greatly appreciate it!

TIA!

Hey bro thats awesome you took the time to take those! Greatly Appreciated!

Maybe someone will chime in with a rear measure and I will be ready to roll!

Thats the reason I'm such a big fan of this forum. Members go the extra step to give someone a hand!

I just did this the other day for someone that was asking about the same thing.

In the first pic it is 1.5" from the bottom of the emblem to the top of the molding and 4.125" from the emblem to the edge of the fender where the line is drawn.

I think this pic is self explanatory

In this pic, it is 6.875" from the edge of the "O" to the bottom corner of the bowtie emblem.

There is an extension you can DL on google chrome that will let you see all the photobucket images again. Photobucket was free for years then out of nowhere started charging for 3rd party hosting and ruined a TON of tech threads all over net.

...that worked on my PC
