Not running smooth when warm?

Not running smooth when warm? After replacing my plugs, plug wires, and thermostat, it hasn't been right. I am on my 3rd set of wires, now MSD 8.5mm. After the first wireset, I had P0301 code, and then P0300. I replaced the wires, and now after the MSD's, the codes are gone, but I am seeing an arc in cylinder 1 from the boot to the point on the plug where you put the socket on. I have seen P1441 a few times. But the only codes I have right now are P0100 and P0103 (which the 103 is new).
The car just doesn't like to move that much when its warm. When its cold it runs like a champ. I need input! Thanks
