Default Neutral safety on A4 to A3 conversion with an aftermarket shifter?

i bought an Hurst pistol grip that has a safety switch with one spade on it. What, where, and how do I hook up the factory A4 wires to get my car to start and safety switch to work? Thanks for all help, Jason

I think it should have 2 spades on it for the purple and light green wires from the original shifter nss plug.

I see the other spade, it was hard to see. Any paticular way those color wires go on the spades and is this all I need to do to get the car to start and switch to work?

no they should just go to the switch, the brown and dark green are for the backup lights.
