Default 02 Camaro Idling High Issue

Sometimes it does it, sometimes it dont. Push in the clutch or take it out of gear and it will idle up anywhere in between 2K and 3K RPM's. Once you make a complete stop, it drop back down to normal idle. Anyone else seen this?

i adjusted the screw and it the idle went back down to 800 rpm but after driving it to school and stopping and putting it in park it went back up to 13-1400 rpm. I am thinking maybe I need a retune.

Try cleaning your IAT with some PROPER Cleaner. [MAF Cleaner]

Oh ok. I had never heard that. So cleaning the IAT with MAF cleaner helps that situation? Thanks for that info because it is driving me nuts and I don't have the money for a " re-tune"

ok i tried cleaning the iat and adding a throttle return spring and it seems fine now when driving but when i stop turn it off and turn it back on. It still idles to 1300 until i put it in drive and it goes back to normal. Oh well 75 bucks for the retune. No christmas presents for me.

Where did you get a return spring at? My Bluemaxx is sticking right now. I don't know what is sticking though. The throttle arm is sticking, so I can push it down and it goes back to idle, but I need to figure something out. Thanks.
