i have the wahlbro 255 and i am seeing 75PSI at the rail.
what could be the cause for such high readings?
it used to be 60-65PSI.
thanks.

Mine is doing the same thing, causing my car to run super rich, shop thinks its the regulator at the pump which the dealer tells me $540 for an entire module to replace.

Maybe your gauge at the rail is jacked up, is the car running pig rich also?

You could pull the sending unit, remove the stock regulator, cut the regulator line outside the tank, and add an aftermarket regulator using some 3/8" compression fittings etc. You'd have a much nicer regulator setup for a lot cheaper than a sending unit. :)

I'll sell you my stock regulator for $15 to cover shipping. I'm not using it.

no.
i am running super lean.

unless you were improperly tuned while it was jacked up, you SHOULD be quite rich.

I would bet he means the fuel trims are way negative, misinterpreting as running lean.

well the tune was fine then out of the blue it starts to run lean
especially at cold start.
i have had to adjust the IFR rates to compensate for the sudden
high fuel pressure.
maybe i have them too high.
but my gauge is now reading 75PSI
so my IFR is adjusted to that.
2002 injectors are 28.8 LBS/HR right?
