Default Will a 4l60e cooler fit on my 4r70w?
my buddie is upgrading his tranny cooler on his 04silverado SS, it comes stock with one and he just ordered a better one

from what i hear trans coolers are pretty universal...

so, will it fit? if so how hard will it be to put on and what do i need to do it?

i'm almost 100% sure that they are universal...i just wen't to oreilly's and asked for the biggest cooler they had

It will work fine with your transmission.

The real question is, "Do you have a good spot to mount it?" Hopefully it won't be too big.
