Arrow cant seem to get it to grab. help please?

i put a new spec 3 in my cousins 2000 ta with new fly wheel from spec. along with a new six speed inc st 4 tranny

i also put a 2001 slave in it but reused the 00 spring.
i put a new pilot bearing in it. and used the suplied spacer from spec.
put it all together.

now i have done about 200 clutches with no issues.

got it done, step on the peddle, and goes way the hell down befor it works.
so i said, **** gatta bleed it.
go threw pumping and bleeding it for about 15 minits, it is doing nothing.

so we go for a ride hoping it would flow threw or what not.
nothing.

so i got a new master, all the lines fittings, everything.
i did the drill mod, flushed it out and installed it.
still doing the same thing.
so back to bleeding it.
we bled it for a good 15-20 minits, i filled the resivor atleast 5-8 times.
still nothing, it got no better, no worse.
what could be wrong? its almost like maybe it needs a bigger spacer. clutch holds good, tranny shifts ok, but just nothing on the peddle.
thanks in advance.

I would bet if you let it sit for a few hours, overnight in my shop usually before I release the car, then bleed it again I think you'll be ok.

I don't see a problem with the build description. They can be very difficult to bleed properly, and you have described the same symptoms I have experienced for years.

Feel free to call me if you need further assistance.

Good Luck wid it!
