Default Planning on putting a 4.3L V6 in a camaro

I have found several camaros with the 2.8L V6 and I plan to swap that for the 4.3L from a chevy S10. The motor will be a 30 over with the new pistons to go with it. My only question is when buying aftermarket parts, such as headers, will they not fit on the camaro because of the truck being higher off the ground? I just dont want to buy the headers and then get screwed because they don't fit. If I need to modify them I might be able to do that. Thanks for any help you can give me.
