What is a SAFE break in period on a new Motive Performance 3.73 gear?

Also -- I know this is a cliche question but will there be a outstanding noticable difference between my stock 2.73 and my new 3.73? Will I like it better?

I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks !

The car will feel faster and will be faster by .3 - .4 depending on if your shift points were low before you started using the HPP3 or whatever you are using to correct the speedo. It will also feel like you lost your 4th gear as you will turn ~2600 rpms at 75 mph on the highway.

Break them for 250 miles. Give them some 25 - 50 mile driving cycles where you get them hot and allow them to fully cool off.

Best break in procedure is to put the car on jack stands and run it in high forward gears for 15 minutes, let rear cool then run reverse for 15 minutes, let cool then change oil. With new oil as stated above take it easy for at least 100 miles not going over 55-60 MPH to keep the heat from building up.
