Default Y-Pipe Install

Is there anything I need to know about the Y-Pipe install before I attmept it tomorrow? I have a AAP Y-Pipe and I am going to be installing it myself tomorrow. I managed the Loudmouth install with no trouble, so I assume this will go OK. Just thought I would ask.

Use some penatrating oil on the nuts on the manifold studs. Just to make sure they dont snap off.

Does it have cats? If not you have 02 sims right?

One more question. I have a Loudmouth on the car right now. The Y-Pipe has a Flowmaster collector that connects to the I-Pipe. It is 3 inches. Is this going to go over my Loudmouth, in my Loudmouth or am I going to have to but them together? I have to go get a clamp and I am not sure if I need a clamp or a band that will go over both.
