User Support & Resources - Tracking messages

I can't seem to track messages or get a message receipt. Is this because of the new software or do I need to change something in my computer? Thank you for your help in advance. Vince

Message tracking only seems to be working when I leave feedback otherwise it is not

It seems they built in an automatic request read receipt with the upgrade. Check at the top under the drop down of inbox and sent messages, they should all be there.

do you have to select needing a reciept every time or is there a way to make it permanent

man im not sure if im sending PM's at all.. no reciepts, the amt of confirmed/unconfirmed messages hasnt changed at all and nothing is getting tracked. ?

Mine is doing the same thing.

Yeah, me too. It gets kind of annoying though. I wish there was a way where it is already checked.

The same thing is happening for me. I may be lazy asking for a prompt to ask me if I want a read reciept but sometimes I just forget to click the box on messages that I would really like tracked. Is there something that I can check to make it permanent like others have asked.
