whats better for a lowerd car adj. torque arm and adj. LCA's or
non-adj. torque arm and non-adj. LCA's

Both ADJ, and get some relocation brackets.

yea, theres a bmr package with toruqe arm, LCA's, and anti-squat brakets, its optional if you want adj or non-adj, so thanks

For a lowered car it is recommended to get an adjustable panhard bar.

Check this one out from UMI. Its a very nice piece.
