Default Will the W68 side skirts from a Firebird fit on my 00WS6 TA with no midification?

I just sold my 99 firebird. It had the w68 ground effects package on it. I sold it for an 00 WS6. I was wondering if anyone had tried to sawp their smaller TA side skirts out for the larger W68 side skirt from a firebird. IS it as simple as taking the old off and putting the new on, or is there any modification needed? any info at all would be great! I posted two pics. The first pic is of my WS6 sideskirt on my ta and the second shot is the side skirts i want to go with off my W68 firebird. just to clarify, I sold the firebird with the w68 package on it. I bought a Trans am shortly after and now i want to find someone who has the W68 sideskirts and is willing to sell them or trade them to me.

they will fit but you will need to use a lot of double sided tape due to the differances in mounting hardware. w68 kit creates a lot of small wholes in the car.

Yeah, i guess i just prefer the look of how the W68 package looks. Any ideas where I can find a good used pair? I am also buying the front air dam from wings west, and good places to get it for cheap?

you might have better luck cruising some of the v6 forums it seems there arent very many w68 cars on here. still even then finding people willing to part with them is still tough just be patient and you find a pair. and if i come across a set ill pm you the link im constatnly on the lookout for parts for my swap

Sounds good, I have a buddy that is trying to come across a pair since he is a member of a lot of V6 forums. Any help would be awesome, my Trans Am sideskirts are in perfect shape, so hopefully some one will want to trade or buy them.

you should mold them onto your new car. They shouldn't have broken the design with the door caps at GM. Mold it on and it would look better than any bird on here. It would actually be, .........oh no brace yourselves,......different.

Default Pic of my W68

Here's my W68, but I wouldn't trade the side skirts for two reasons. 1. I LIKE the way they look. 2. WAY too many holes in the body (from the mounting brackets) than I'd want to deal with!

So will the W68 parts retrofit onto a 98-02 Formula fine, then? No need for a new fascia?
