I sold my toy car and have an extra garage spot that I will be renting out. I have a three car garage and the spot for rent is to the far right & has it's own door. Garage is fully insulated & dry walled and even heated...although I only use the heat when in the garage working.

$80.00 per month and I am located 1 mile west of Woodfield Mall.

Working on it once in awhile is ok but not on a regular basis since I only use the heater when washing the cars, etc.
