Am I geting a line of BS here? I am having my clutch replaced by a local speed shop while the tranny is out geting work done. I asked how much it would be, they said free since the transmission is out. Ok , sounds about right. Then I ask how much to replace the hydrolics while they are at it, and the guy said "omg the hydrolics on these cars are a nightmare, that will be $300 extra".
Is this legit or a bunch of bullshit?

If they replace the master & the $300 includes the price of the parts & labor, thats not bad. It's not that hard with the tranny out too. But it can be a pain in the ***.
Hopefully this price included a new slave also.
And just so you know the slave & throw out bearing are all one unit on our cars, so don't let them try to sell it to you separate.
