Does anyone know of a reputable tuner(s) here in Memphis? I know Xtreme Auto has a dyno but do they have onsite tuners? Thanks for all the help

xtreme does have an onsite tuner. Josh is who you need to talk to. He tunes quite a bit of lsx cars there..

I've heard they are about the only place to go in Memphis. But i don't know if it's "the best option". Anyways, would it be worth it to drive 6 hours to Baton Rouge to get Thunder to hook me up? I've heard their tunes are top notch.

There is a tuner here in AR, username RHINO79 (uses EFILIVE wideband software). There is a dyno shop here in LR called POLK.

I know Dyno Speed is over there in Memphis but I dont know if they can do GM cars or not. They are big Mustang tuners, and they do imports also.

Dyno Speed can do GM's also, ask for Joe. Tell him John at XXX Motorsports sent ya. Great bunch of guys also, they will treat you right.

personally, I would go to TR and get the tune if I were you.. That's where I'm going around the first of the year for mine. Josh tunes at xtreme, but it wouldn't be my recommendation.

i have seen some of rhino79's work. I would say he does a pretty good tune.

I'm Josh from Xtreme Auto. I would suggest calling and talking with all the tuners you are looking at and take it to who you feel can/will do the best job for you. 9 years ago before I started tuning I would drive to Dallas for a tune because that is the closest place that I felt could do the best job.

Another Rhino79 tune here.....definitely worth checking into. He'll even travel for a small fee and his tune price can't be beat. A fraction of what the big names will charge. All the local cars use him with great success. He'll treat your car like it's his own and really wake it up.

i got to make one pass at the track and it started raining on the return road i got no time slip all i know is it ran like a 12.70 i did not leave hard so i know there is more in it, and friday night i carried the car to jackson dragstrip and the best time in the 1/8 was 7.94 with a 1.75 60 foot i dont think that was 2 bad on a slick track and 17 inch dr
