Where can I find engine tolerances for a FI build?

It's really just ring tolerances. Check with your preferred ring mfg. Federal Mogul makes Hellfire rings for FI, and they have a chart based on use and boost, nitrous, whatever you want.

the rings just need to be low tension rings, right?

Piston to wall tolerances will change also. Your pistons should have a spec card telling you what it should be. I know the Diamond race pistons require a lot of clearance for a max effort engine.

I would not recommend low tenision rings for a forced induction max effort engine. Keeping oil out of the combustion chamber should be more of priority than picking up 3% HP from low tension oil ring expanders.
