difference between lt1 and ls1 4l60e's

difference between lt1 and ls1 4l60e's i'm looking at swapping a ls1 into my lt1 car. i have a stall and built trans that i would like to keep.
from what i understand, i can only use 5 out of the 6 bolts to attach the trans to the motor, but what about the flexplate, does the lt1 one work, or do i need a ls1 or custom one? what about the electronics, are the hook ups the same if i bought a ls1 wiring harness and plugged it in?
anything else i'm missing?

I believe the torque converter may sit 3 mm back due to the lt1 crankshaft. The LS1 crankshaft will make the flexplate more forward, I have heard guys using washers.

Buy a tci ls1 flexplate, It has the crank bolt pattern of the ls1 but has both style converter patterns(ls1/lt1/sbc). It also comes with the pilot spacer you need to adapt the older (lt1) style converters to the ls1 crank pilot. The electronics are controlled by the pcm, which you will change anyway when you go to the ls1. Its pretty simple.
i take it you mean this flexplate?

and the spaces are already welded on the flexplate?
