Default Car is finally done

Everything is done

This is where the turbo sits.

Just a few pipes

Turbo

The hole I cut out behind the bird for better airflow for the intercooler, my dremel died so I didn't get to finish cleaning it up.

Went alittle crazy with the RTV, but I know it won't leak.

This weekend me and my buddy will make a few vids hopefully if his camera works. The car pulls like a SOB now, before the turbo I was making around 530HP N/A.

The near 90 deg. bend to the intake looks kind of restrictive with it being oval shaped but I may be wrong. Nice set up though and next in line for vids!!!

What else do you have in the motor to reach 530HP N/A?

I thought so too, but that is what came with the kit, but it is really wide, kinda like the oval y-pipe on stock WS6's.
motor has MS4 cam, stage 3 P&P heads, every bolt-on you can think of, and I was running almost 12:1 CR, but I changed it out so I now run 9.5:1 CR, fully forged 346. I was suprised myslef when I made 530HP but hey I guess if you build them right you get really good numbers.

I asked alot of my buddy's that run turbos and the company that I bought the kit from and they said use RTV instead and it won't leak, so far I haven't had a single problem with it.

I used the same RTV on my APS kit but I dont think you cant beat MLS gaskets. But if it works and saves you $ thats all that counts. But if it does leak that is alot of cleaning

yea for now no leaks and I am running between 8-10 psi. I used alot of RTV to make sure it wouldn't leak. I was going to use MLS gaskets, but the company said they use RTV on all there kits they install and have never had a problem.

Thanks for all the comments guys, when I put the RTV on it looked good but I wasn't thinking it would spread out that much, oh well at least it doesn't leak. The kit is HP Performance, I got it with the T-70 turbo.
