Yes that was Cal`s car, he was running mid 9s from what I remember. They did not compete in the race on Sun , I dont know if they had problems.

I believe I heard he ran a 8.2? in testing. Then broke after the True Street cruise. They tried to make the first pass and the car just cruised and popped going down the track. They had the hood up after that...so they were out.

Listen hellen kellar i was'nt bashing his car just the fact that he was having issues is lame ,as for my car .... i dont even own the rx7 anymore but now a turbo lsx powered mustang ... im gonna bet runs a little harder then your car.:punch:

LOL you want our 3500+ elevation to go along with that cooler air..... oh ya my fastest pass was ona 35 degree day which is not exactly cool .... and my car is far from a drag car i drove it 6 hours to the track ran some passes and drove it 6 hours home .

as for the lame comment it was about the fact he had problems not about the car.
