Appearance & Detailing - relocating Traction control to ashtray

Ok i went to the north vrs south shoot out and checked out a car who had his traction control panel with other switches (probably use for his n20) relocated were the ashtray is.

This would work great for me as i had to move it to fit my mp3 player controls were the traction control is.
Now i took the panel there and im having a hard time how to fit the trim. His look real profestional, but i didnt get to see how he had it trimmed/layed in. If i put it in there it has a gap.

Does anyone now whos car this was or has anyone else done it?

I want it looking clean.

One of my buddies out here has it done to his 'Hawk. It's a really helpful mod I guess. His wasn't exactly the "cleanest" relocation either, but it's in the ashtray where you can't see it so who really cares? BTW, as far as pics or anything I don't know if he has any but I can check for ya....
