same as a t-top car, remove the interior slide the main hoop, measure cut and repeat till happy, then front bars, rocker bars, dash bar, rear bars etc.
Cut holes on the floor slide the hoop down through the holes so you can weld the top of the bars in repeat for all bars, then weld 6x6 plates over the holes and weld bottom of bars to plates.

I would first, have subframes and outriggers to tie the cage into, then cut and fit the main hoop and "tack" it in.
Then do the front bars through the dash and dash bar and windshield bar across the top, "tack" those in good, then break the tacks on the main hoop, lower the whole front section down then finish weld that.
Then tilt it forward and retack on the main hoop and then fit and weld the rest in.
