Default 4.10's in an Auto?

Hey everyone. Im building a heads+ cam car and plan to trap around the low 120's/ high teens. I am running a PT4000 stall and a MS3. I have 26x10.5x15 et streets on the back as well. My question is whether I should run 4.10's in the rear or just 3.73's. i have seen mixed opinions on this from various threads so I figured Id start my own. BTW- this is a car which wont see much street or highway use.

Thanks

4.10's are steep and wont allow you to trap those speeds in 3rd gear. you will be shifting to OD before the finish line

+1 for 3.73's

I would have my car in D or 3rd for drag racing...the shock on OD when ending a run is bad for the OD.

You need a taller tire, and dont expect ever to use any power adder.
