Paint spots/plaster

Paint spots/plaster Washed the car today and noticed a whole lot of white paint or plaster spots all along the driver's side door that looks like it came from the driver's side wheel. What would be the quickest and painless way in removing this stuff? Takes way too long with the claybar. If I have to wetsand, which grit would be best?
