whats the best way to change sparkplugs?

It's a '98 Camaro z/28* with an auto & t topps.

any recommended plugs?

*needs wheels & interior.

anyone like the lucas transmission additive?

150k miles
spark plugs, injectors, transmission filter, & fluids (including diff.)

any of ya'll runnin' glasspacks?
