which tires
ive come to the conclusion my slicks (hossier slick)are toast.
im thinking of going back to a drag radial like the hoosier's or M/T et street radial
rims are center line 15x8.5 5"backspace
what size would be the biggest w/o moding fenders. 275/50/15?? which will hook the hardest? right now im blowing the hossiers off with a slipping clutch. tires will be screwed too. (already have tubes if it matters )
Thanks,
Keith

The 275/60/15 fit on my car without hacking anything, camaro's have a little more clearance around the bumper cover then transam's do so you should be good with those as long as the rims don't stick out too much. Might have to give the inner fender a little beating but a hit of flat black spraypaint will hide it from anyone noticing.
Don't get the goodyear radials either, of all the radials they are probably the worst.

A 275 60 15 is what I have on my car and it fits without touching a single spot.
Why not buy another Hooiser tire? What about a quick time pro dot? Those are pretty good and are street legal as well.
