Tell me has anyone bought it? If so is it worth it? Has anyone encountered any problems with it?

I have it...It's works great for me, since I have a M6. And I don't roast the rear brakes while doing a burnout, so to me it was worth it

Very easy install and really a mandatory mod for any car. If you have an M6, it allows you to "pre-load" the rearend, for less shock on launch. And of course for burnouts it will save your brakes, and differential, as it does NOT like to spin, and have the brakes lock up at the same time.

Thank you every one for your input on this. All of you convinced me to go ahead and purchase one to save my rear breaks and rear end.

Does anyone besides SLP sell it? I have made it my life's goal to NEVER, EVER order anything directly from SLP again. Between their archaic 25 step "online" ordering system and their vaseline-required shipping prices, I refuse to buy directly from them.
I used the Hurst Roll-control lock on my SS with great results, but the SLP unit looks a bit more simplified and is more specific for our cars.

I have found them at HPAParts.com
They seem to be cheaper than buying straight from SLP

Got one from STEALTHPERF.com,purchased a Hurst roll control switch to mount on the shifter.
Really don't like the toggle switch that comes with the kit,the hurst you can use at the line if need be!!
