Default Longtube header test fit in Chicagoland

This might be a long shot, but I'd like to do the v8RX7 crowd a solid and test fit some of the f-body headers to see if there is an off-the-shelf options that will work for us.

So I'm wondering if anyone in the Chicagoland area has a set of longtube headers either sitting in their garage or is looking to change set-ups in the near future and will be parting out. I would like to borrow your headers, test fit them on my car, then return them or purchase them from you should they fit and are for sale. This would be taking place over the winter as I'm parking the car and their is no major rush to get this done.

I'm out in Elgin with a 3-car garage so if you are garage deprived this winter and need a heated place to work on your car I might be a good person to know.

Help the hybrid crowd go faster...if you have a heart this holiday season.

What would we be talking pricewise? A company already makes a set but they are very pricey IMO.

+1 on the price. I have a 1963 Nova with an iron 408 that needs some help in the header dept. Let me know what a price would be. Thanks,

Jamin
