What to tune for LTRIMS when MAF tuning doesnt work
It seems when I mult the MAF table the LTRIMS dont change? Ltrims are +0 to +8 and i have tweaked the MAF table by like 105 or so% with no change at all in them! Should I increase the injector flow rate by like 95% or so to richen the car? Any ideas?

Yes. 5% sounds good. The more you alter the maf table, the more it changes where the pcm looks in the timing tables. Flowrate doesn't affect timing.

thanks man.. i just wanna get them a tad closer to 0. I heard that messing with the MAF table affected timing, so thats why i didnt wanna go more than 105%.

so with an big injector change am i going to want to change the injector flow tables or change the whole MAF table??? because i think i multiplied my MAF table by 134% or so for the SVO 30 lb injectors.

haha, i think you may be able to MULT a certain section of that table by 134 then scale down, but I dunn oif it would let you mult the whole table by 134. Since you have new injectors im pretty sure you have to edit the IFR table to get the injectors in scale Im just new to that table which was why im asking questions. Its similair the the MAF table, except to richen you mult by say -99% and to lean you MULT by 101+%

Re: What to tune for LTRIMS when MAF tuning doesnt work
This stuff is not that difficult,,
If you change the injectors, you modify the IFR table to reflect the change of injector flow rate,,
If you make a change involving the flow thru the MAF, then you change the MAF table to reflect the change.
I cant understand how someone would multiply the MAF table by 134% because the fuel injectors were changed?!?!?!?!?!?
Case in point: I just changed my stock injectors for MSD 30#/hr injectors. With Ls1Edit, I changed the injector table by 114%. Everything runs just great.
Case in point: Last year I changed the stock MAF out for a GMAF,, then I made several ATAP runs and determined the appropriate change to the MAF table because the GMAF has different flow characteristics than the stock MAF sensor.

Re: What to tune for LTRIMS when MAF tuning doesnt work
Doc: i tried the MAF table cause I got a SLP 85mm, but a 105% change didnt even seem to move the LTRIMS any. I dont know why cause with my stock MAF it would change the LTRIMS.
