Double check and make sure the nut on top of the strut is ALL the way down. See that both sides have about the same amount of threads visible.

Good luck

threading seems even on each side...

I bought these used from a buddy and his ride was even on both sides. The springs came with bilsteins shocks for the front and I running stock shocks in the back.

any other suggestions

I meant mine looked already lowered a bit--pass side was a touch lower...EIBACH springs and Bitstein's evened it out after a month or so.

not sure... i'll be taking the car back to the shop on friday so they can see what the deal is.

Also, everytime the front left with a bump or lil pothole, etc seems like it hits hard and doesn't seem right.... any suggestions on that

Yeah, I think the front spring is not in the right spot on the isolator. The end of the spring should be right up next to a slot in the isolator (Hard to explain!!!)

Not a Fbody, but you can see kind of what I am talking about on the bottom of this set up...

alright I just checked out the installion with the shop and the springs are in place so I think the left front shock is bad. I got the difference in each gap.

FL - 2 1/2
BR - 2 1/2

FR - 3
BR - 2 3/4

I will be replacing all 4 with slp bilstein or revalved bilsteins but I have to wait till Jan since everyone who sells them are out of stock. Oh well 2 months of cruising with a limp...lol
