Default Badges, Steering Wheel, and Self Tinting Q's

First, where can I get chrome or stainless SS badges for my car?

Second, is there a way to take the rim of the steering wheel off so I can take it to get it re-covered?

Third, I'm thinking about doing the tint on my car. Whats a good quality tint that wont fade/turn purple? Whats the best way to deal with the dots on the rear glass? Strip of vinyl? or black paint?

Thanks

Re tint: I had mine done with 3M metallized tint, and looks really good. I'd say stick with a name brand, don't go for the cheapest price (which is what they'll probably quote at first without telling you it's for some Chinese film). For the dots they didn't do anything special except work it in between the dots, and no problems so far (but it's only been a few months). Maybe it helped that mine doesn't have defroster wires.
