Default Racing Harness

Not really sure if this is the right section, but here we go.

I was wondering if you could put a racing harness (4 point) in a Camaro with the stock seats. I've seen it done on a Trans AM, but the seats are different...does anyone know if it can be done in a Camaro?

You can put them in any car as long as you either have a roll bar w/harness bar or you have at least a harness bar.

If you do not mount them like they are meant to be, you risk serious injury in a auto accident over a stock belt. The reason for this is the angle at which the harnesses will pull your body is downward if they aren't mounted to a harness bar that puts the shoulder straps at a specified height. This can cause your spine to compound on itself like clapping your hands together. If they are mounted properly they will not pull you downward, but hold you steady like they are designed to do.
