Lojack is real time best I believe. The saddest note of all regarding car theft is a hidden kill switch on the fuel pump or coils will work nicely most of the time provided it is not towed. But it has to be used every time to be effective.

That is a sweet setup. Cheaper than the real time tracking lojack to boot and you don't have to wait till you have filed a police report to have the police turn it on to find your car.
