Who makes Shorty Headers w/ 1-3/4" Primaries???

Who makes Shorty Headers w/ 1-3/4" Primaries??? I need shorty headers to pass emissions, but would like some with 1-3/4" primaries instead of 1-5/8". I don't understand why you can make LT's in that size but not shorties
. Enough complaining....anyone know if these exist? Need to bolt up to stock Y-pipe or come with a Y-pipe. Thanks!
