I have not hit mine in years ;) We cut them 10 years ago when I put the sportlines on.
I will be filling the hole with a .120 plate to make me feel better :D
Took a few hours of trimming, cutting and Banging away. I am going to pull the springs out and see just how far I can drop the car when I am done ;)
Lots of shocks nowadays (Bilstein etc) have built in bump stops too. Looks great Ellis! Mean as hell!

Damn Ellis, do you think those will hook? :D 15" Mickeys, yes? And that 1/2" difference in offsets really makes a difference - my 335s clear my bumps stops on 17" rims.
So I guess this means I can't quit going up to Schwabie every day to see if my buddy is working....

Thanks Guys! I still have the other side to do. I gotta fix a Saturn tonight then I will be back at it. After I get done there it will be time to the the MADMAN man TQ arm on and start fabbing the front cross member for it.

I am running stock un-touched LT1 rear calipers. They clear my Bogarts Great!

The 315 Sumo's seem to be smaller than the others too. Cause I have 315's on mine, and I seen a couple people that I knew in Va, that had 315's but other brands, and they all looked about 1/2" to 3/4" bigger than mine. I romeved my Driver side bump it was the only one that would rub a little, when I lifted my car with a jack. The passenger side seemed fine.

Are those Mickey's DR? Doesn't look like you had to do to much to get em to fit? I tubbed mine last year for 345's and it was a lot of work.

Got most the hard parts done. I just need to weld some support plates in.

I wasn't going to BUT it looks like I could shorten the rear end an inch(1/2 on each side) and drop the car down and really tuck them in there!
