Question t56 in a 79z

would like to know what trans tunnel mods if any need to be done for the ls1-t56. i hav ethe brp motor mounts and trans crossmebre kit thanks for any help

Try it and see. Since you already purchased the mounts you're pretty much committed to using them. Can you post some pictures of them? I would like to see what they look like in order to move the engine forward enough to clear the crossmember with ac. I talked to them last year. Once they said I would need to cut the tunnel, I knew there were better options. I installed a LQ9 and a 4L80E without cutting the crossmember or trans tunnel.
