IMHO there's no benchmark. If it is a primary race car secondary street car in the 8's or less A to W is a nice way to add some safety and hp with extremely low IAT's with Ice, salt, etc. You have a little more complexity with a pump, tank, weight, etc ...but no big deal for a racy car.....TTI A to W kit for the street is nice......for me low 9's AtoA and meth is a nice fit....LPE is using A to W in their street Vette kits since it actually packages better for a C6...... Big question is how efficient is your turbo set-up....if the comp map is in the middle of the island you can take an A to A a long way....if you're maxing the system and off the map an A to W is a great bandaid.

Well when you want super icy cold iat's go a2w. I talked to the HardCore guys last year and their igloo setup would chill it down to 55 degrees! But that's the big refrigerator that takes place of the passenger seat with piping all over the place.
I guess its how much faster you want to go and push your car.
hey andy got any full pics of your ride? Low 8's must be bad azz fun and scarey at the same time.
