th350 problem my brother bought a th 350.. when he went to put converter on he noticed that it will not spin.. tail shaft spins but converter will not spin... any help???

Did your brother have a hard time getting the converter in? It is possible that he has damaged the pump bushing and that is why it will not turn. I have seen this happen in the past. Have him pull the converter out and look inside the seal area to see what it looks like. Vince

thanks guys... looks like a new pump is to be ordered.... gosh im thinking he better get this thing checked before trying to run it... bogus sellers are a pain in the ***...
